Danielle was amazing in helping us find our first home during a very tough buyer's market. She was very patient with all of our questions, and extremely knowledgeable. She attended countless showings with us, to help us narrow down the traits we were looking for in our dream home. She was very encouraging throughout the entire process, and was always checking in with us to make sure we were all on the same page. I know that we would not be in our home now if it wasn't for her!

Danielle worked tirelessly on our behalf, and we were grateful to have her on our team! We moved from out of state, with a toddler and a dog, while I was 7 months pregnant – it was A LOT! She first helped us find our rental - she attended all of the open houses and facetimed with us. She even walked around the block, so we could see the neighborhoods get a lay of the land from 1000 miles away. She reviewed the rental agreement and made sure we understood the relevant details. When it came time to buy our forever home a year later Danielle was empathetic and understanding; she maintained a positive attitude throughout our ups and downs due to the wild 2022 real estate market. She was always available to answer questions, share her point of view, and point out things we had not thought of. She effectively leveraged her network and experience to negotiate during our purchase. She was there from start to finish during our two BIG moves, and we are so thankful for all of her hard work!

Danielle was awesome through the whole process. She guided me through every step of the way, which was super important for me as a first time single homebuyer with a tight budget. I was looking at a wide geographical range, which Danielle was totally cool with and helped me weigh the pros and cons, logistics of each and offered her own thoughts without being pushy or overly positive or negative. She balances honesty and professionalism well. Ultimately we found a great place that I overlooked at first. She always ran comps to help me shape my offers and despite such an insane market she always let me take my time and alleviated my stress.

A true friend LISTENS, a true friend TAKES CARE of you, a true friend is HONEST with you, a true friend makes sure that you MAKE RIGHT DECISIONS and even argues with you, if you don't! Danielle Ballou is a highly intelligent, knowledgeable, friendly, open and sincere person. She is an enthusiastic and resourceful agent. She does not fail her client. She is always there to advise her client and help them anyway she can. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, having her as my agent - and as my FRIEND. A delightful experience! Danielle was phenomenal in helping me find my for awhile home and negotiating the price, she then had the task of selling my current home to allow me to make my purchase. She came over and made suggestions on changes to make to make sure the pictures were perfect and they came out amazing and then she handled two very busy days of open houses. She was so helpful organizing offers and helping to decide which was the best, and I’m happy to say because of her help my house sold over asking and with a cash buyer! I’d recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Danielle helped my boyfriend and I find a place that we would both enjoy together. We love rural areas and she chose the best location for us to have both rural and city life right near us. Thank you!!!

Danielle recently helped me find a new apartment to rent. This was the first time that I had been through this process and Danielle was very helpful. Danielle was able to find a large number of available apartments within my price range all within driving distance of my job. She always responded to my emails very and was able to set up times to view the apartments that fit my schedule. I am very happy with my new apartment and had a great experience working with Danielle.
